It was a pretty straightforward interview process. My advice would be to make sure you research the company well before you go in, just to show you put in the effort to learn about them.

This was for a contract role. I first had some interviews with the agency. About a week later, I had a face-to-face interview with the company. I interviewed with the branch manager and assistant branch manager, who would be the supervisor for this position. They discussed the duties of the role and emphasized that it requires a lot of overtime, wanting to ensure I was okay with that. The branch manager also shared information about the industry and company culture. The interview lasted about an hour and a half since the branch manager spoke extensively. The interview was on a Friday afternoon, and I received an offer the following Monday. Since the job involves working with customs and TSA, a thorough background check is required.

HR got my resume and then called me in for an interview. I interviewed with HR and then the Operations and Sales Manager. We talked about compensation, perks, and benefits. Then I waited to get the appointment letter with the offer we agreed on. I signed it and started.
