The process was super fast, easy, and friendly. I got contacted in under a day to set up a phone screen, which we did the same day because I asked. A couple days later, they scheduled my in-person interview. It lasted 1.5 hours total, split into three 30-minute interviews with different people. Two were with execs/VPs, and the last one was with my potential direct supervisors. The HR exec said I'd hear back in 24 hours, but the recruiter joked to give them the week. They called me back in less than 24 hours with a job offer. Everyone was really nice and easy to chat with, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. It was a refreshing change from other interviews I've had. They really want you to ask questions, sometimes even more than they ask you, so be ready with questions and do your homework on who you're meeting. I got an email with everyone's names when the interview was set up.

The interview process had 3 parts. First, an initial HR screening with the recruiter for 30 minutes. Then, a technical interview for 30 minutes. Lastly, a final in-person interview that lasted 1.5 hours. I made it to the final interview, which is broken down into three 30-minute mini-interviews. Typically, there are two interviewers for each mini-interview, followed by a chat with the Chief of HR for the last interview block. The interview style was very conversational, and even the technical questions were more about experience with specific things rather than deep technical knowledge. The company really values cultural fit. It was a pleasant experience overall, even though I didn't get the job. The recruiter was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process.

It was a really long interview, like 3 hours total. I had 6 different sets of interviews with 1-2 people each. Most interviewers were great, but there was one set of VPs that seemed uptight and rude, like they didn't want to be there. They sat far from me, kept checking the time, and looked bored. They seemed classist, judging me for doing college activities while I was working full-time. But maybe it's for the best, because if that's how some higher-ups act, it's probably not a good place to work.

I applied for the job and didn't hear back for about three weeks. Then I had a phone interview that was pretty standard and asked things like 'what makes you fit for this position?'. After that, I had to take a generic assessment test. A week later, I got an email to schedule an in-person interview and was given two time slots. I replied right away, but they said someone else took that slot. I didn't respond because I was at work on my lunch break, and an hour later I got another passive-aggressive email saying they would 'try' to fit me in the next round. I emailed back saying I was available for any time, and then I got a third passive-aggressive email saying they filled the positions.
