I applied on the Gupy platform and was selected for an interview. The interview was scheduled without a fixed time and date. Everything seemed fine until then. The interview was with HR and the area manager. It went well, as I have a lot of experience in the field. They said they would get back to me within a maximum of 20 days, but 60 days have passed. So, I was rejected, but I wasn't informed. Not getting a response always creates a terrible impression of the company.

The interview process was a bit long, but they did keep me updated on the next steps. It took about two weeks from the first interview until I heard back about what was next. The offer they extended wasn't very attractive, and their pay is lower than what other companies in the mining industry offer.

I applied online and the recruiter reached out on Friday morning asking if I was available the following Monday or Tuesday. I responded within 30 minutes expressing availability on Tuesday. However, I didn't hear back until Tuesday morning, just before 9 am, when they asked if I could have a call between 11 am and 1:30 pm. I felt like the recruiter could have provided a timeframe on Friday or Monday to confirm the screening call instead of asking me to join a call with only two hours' notice. I didn't feel respected during this initial screening.
