First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kingsview Asset Management.
Business Development Associate
I spoke with a few people on the team before getting hired, both on video and in person. They were flexible with my schedule. They asked me direct questions to understand me better. I liked how straightforward they were.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Sales Representative
They asked questions to see if I was qualified for the job. It was kind of weird because the listing said the salary was 50-200K but they only start everyone at 50K. I told them they should change the listing to say the truth, which is 50K with no wiggle room.
- Do you enjoy making 175 phone calls daily?
Financial Advisor
The interview process was a bit unusual. It wasn't advertised online the same way it turned out to be in terms of salary and the actual day-to-day tasks.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
Trading Assistant
Had a phone interview, then two more on-site interviews. The third on-site interview actually had two parts to it. So in total, 4 interviews. They were all pretty much the same. If you get an offer, it comes after the third interview. I tried to get updates or feedback but got ghosted.

- Can you tell me about the role?
