It was a long process, but everyone was nice. It took a while for everything and they took weeks to get back to me, but the process and interactions were really nice. The team was good too. There were 3 rounds total, with a mix of behavioral and technical questions.

The interview process was good and nice. They conducted a video conference interview. I was grateful for the opportunity. With Covid, it was nice to have that available. The importance of protecting others was great with having an over the phone type of interview.

It was an informal chat, and they asked some general questions. They did mention that I'd be updated on my status in the hiring process, and the interviewer was super friendly. The only hiccup was that they gave me a specific date for an update, but didn't get back to me until four days later, and in the afternoon, I saw that I had already been withdrawn from consideration that morning.

I had to take a test first at the facility, it was testing personality and other skills. Then a short phone interview, then a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. After that I took a drug test and consented to a background check. I was then invited to shadow the position and then was offered the job.
