First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kings III of America.
Sales Development Representative
Good group of people to work with, overall Kevin is a good team leader out of the Houston location. Would recommend for someone looking for remote work. Solid company and feels good to be working to keep people safe.
- What is your greatest strength?
- What is your greatest weakness?
Sales
It was a good interview process overall, very conversational and centered around real-life scenarios. Nothing too unusual, just a pleasant experience.
- What makes you want to work remotely?
Emergency Dispatch Operator
Had a 30-45 minute interview with my current two managers and the vice president. It was pretty relaxed but still professional. One manager and the vp asked questions and led the interview, while the other manager took notes on a notepad, writing down key points.
- How does stress impact your job performance?
Operator
It was a two part interview.. An initial one, and then a call back for a second one if they liked you. They ask basic questions..
- Can you tell me about your weaknesses?
