So I graduated and managed to get through their interview process. It was three rounds total, and one of them was behavioral. Funny enough, the interviewers actually left the company after. The company seems like a family business even though they're publicly traded on the Hong Kong Exchange and have a pretty large, corporate office culture.

There wasn't a self-introduction part, they got straight into asking about my abilities and understanding of the role. You really need to know the company's products and the work involved inside out. They seem to be looking for people with experience, so it might not be the best fit for recent grads.

We kicked off with a group activity where we had to come up with a solution for a made-up scenario, like ranking items for a shipwreck survival situation. Then, there was a round of self-introductions. After that, we discussed the group activity, focusing on evaluating others and understanding individual roles within the discussion. Finally, we moved on to behavioral questions and queries about personal values, followed by a Q&A session.
