I interviewed with the assistant store manager. They were late and seemed uninterested. They asked a few questions but didn't really care about my retail management background.

It went well, it was an easy interview. They asked questions about my past experience, told me about the company, and talked about how to be good to customers. They also explained the job in more detail.

The interview was pretty standard for retail jobs. They asked me some simple questions, mostly about how I'd handle situations with customers, products, and keeping the place clean. They also asked about my previous retail work.

About a week after applying online, I got a call for an interview. I went to the store and was directed to wait in the upstairs break room. I arrived about 10 minutes early, expecting a short wait. However, around the 20-minute mark, another employee came in, ate lunch, and left. Shortly after, another employee entered, rummaged through the trash, and drank a half-finished Diet Coke left by the previous person. After waiting about 40 minutes, the interviewer finally arrived and took me to their office. At that point, I was pretty sure I didn't want to work there, but I went through with the interview. It was pretty straightforward, covering my availability, extracurricular activities, and typical 'what would you do' scenarios. The next day, they called with a job offer, which I declined. Based on my experience, I wouldn't want to work at King Soopers, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
