I had to do a few tests before the actual interview. The tests covered areas like musculoskeletal, neurology, or respiratory care, and then moved on to discharge planning and patient prioritization. It was a lengthy process, but honestly, it was quite a valuable learning experience.

After submitting an application, I received a call for an in-person interview. The interview itself was about 30 minutes long. They presented me with a few scenarios common in practice, and also showed me some vital signs and asked for my assessment and plan.

The interview process was conducted virtually and was really well done. It was warm, welcoming, and encouraging. They asked personal and career-related questions and gave plenty of time to write down ideas. The response time wasn't rushed, and there was ample time to go over questions to gain critical extra points if time remained.

I was asked to give a presentation on a clinical data analytics project I had previously worked on. After the presentation, I was only asked one follow-up question, and there was no real discussion of the project. The interviewers seemed uninterested. I had a couple of questions about my background, but most of the questions were about working in a hospital/clinical environment. The panel were very cold and somewhat dismissive.
