Experience in meeting SLAs, ensuring process adherence, and delivering high-quality service is important. Proficiency in handling data processing tasks, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with cross-functional teams is also key. The role is for a Process Executive at Cognizant, focusing on operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Previous experience as a Process Executive involved processing a set number of transactions within timelines, meeting productivity and quality targets, adhering to process guidelines and security, maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality, coordinating with vendors, managing event lifecycles, communicating with clients, raising and monitoring work orders, conducting data cleansing and enrichment, recording production statistics, and collaborating on process improvements.

The process was straightforward. Having publications, particularly in SCI-indexed journals, is highly valued. Additionally, having two years of teaching experience post-PhD is important. A minimum of 3-4 Scopus and SCI-indexed papers are expected. Beyond that, general questions about your subject area are asked.

It was a pretty standard interview process, no major surprises. You just gotta be confident and know your stuff. Make sure you study up so you can answer the typical questions they throw at you. You'll need to talk about your education and any gaps in your resume.

i was shortlisted based on my cv on job portal.i spent lot of money as i had to travel by air and stay in a hotel and local transport was pretty expensive.we had an interview by subject expert i was given offer letter ( in arabic).i received no further communication
