I was set to interview with a Lead Talent Acquisition Manager at Kinetix HR. They scheduled a 3:30 PM meeting, which I confirmed. However, the recruiter never showed up for the call, offered no apology, and didn't reach out later to reschedule. Ghosting candidates right after scheduling is not okay, especially from someone in a lead talent acquisition role. It really shows a lack of planning, responsibility, and commitment to finding good people. I've managed recruiting teams myself, and this kind of unprofessionalism would never fly. How candidates are treated says a lot about a company's culture. When companies let recruiters act so carelessly, it reveals a lot about their internal values. This behavior leads to losing out on top talent. Basic communication and reliability are essential in recruiting, and failing at this makes the recruiter and the company look bad. I'd tell candidates to be careful and not expect much when dealing with this team.

The interview process involves situational questions about IT and network concepts. The interviews were held at night. I got the job offer the day after the last interview.

It was a great experience! The whole process was really fast and efficient. The recruiters were super responsive and got back to me quickly. Everyone on the staff was really friendly and seemed genuinely excited. The interviews themselves were on the longer side, but they were engaging and they asked some really good questions.

It was a very long process and felt like a waste of time. It quickly became apparent that they aim to profit from temp employees and pay them poorly. The communication was unprofessional, involving lengthy back-and-forth emails and wavering job offers. Their website mentions an 'elusive purple squirrel,' but their actual hiring approach felt outdated, like something from 2003 or earlier. It seemed like a low-budget version of better HR firms. I'd avoid it.
