Behavioral

The interview process involved some simple questions, and the hiring seemed straightforward, which wasn't ideal. There's a lot of employee turnover, which is also a concerning sign. However, the hiring manager was very approachable. The workplace environment didn't seem great, with a lot of workplace gossip.

Behavioral Other

I had a phone interview where they were flexible with my schedule. It was a relaxed chat where we both learned about each other, our skills, and the job's responsibilities. Afterward, I was invited for a detailed tour of the facility to get a better understanding of the role. The third and final interview involved meeting with three different Managers. These interviews also felt informal, and I felt I interviewed them as much as they interviewed me.
