The interview process had two stages: an initial informal chat and then a more formal one that included a prioritisation task. I thought the interviewers were really supportive, and overall it was a good experience. They seemed to consider my skills and noted there was potential to tailor the role to my strengths.

The interview process here is a joke. They don't even have an HR department and the leaders are so out of touch. I had an initial phone screen with a senior leader and then they wanted me to come in for a 2-hour onsite interview. But, hours before my interview, I had a family emergency and asked if we could do it over the phone or reschedule. Their response was, 'A phone interview is not ideal. We are talking to other candidates today and next week..if they don’t work out we’ll contact you.' It was unbelievable how selfish they were, making it clear they only care about themselves and what employees can do for them. Seriously, if you get a job here and have any personal issues that inconvenience them, watch out.

It was professional and friendly. They gave good insight into the culture and showed a lot of passion for sharing their story. They really emphasized you as a person, not just your skills.

The interview process was pretty long and felt like I was asked the same things over and over. It seemed like the interviewers didn't coordinate because they all asked similar questions. Even senior people didn't seem to have read my resume.
