I spoke with the direct report and the senior manager. They explained the job and asked me about my background and experience. After the interview, I spoke with the senior manager again to address any concerns I had. The next day, I followed up with the direct manager about my fit for the role. I got a call saying I got the job. It was a good experience overall.

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter pretty fast. We scheduled a phone interview that went well, and then I had an in-person interview. After that, there were two more interviews with department heads. The recruiter was really nice and professional, and the whole hiring process felt very organized and professional. I'd definitely recommend them.
