It was a very smooth interview process. They asked about my experience in ABA, how I'd handle specific scenarios, my pay expectations, my teamwork skills, and my ability to take feedback.

The interview process was pleasant and well-organized. The team was kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about the work they do. I appreciated the opportunity to share my background and learn more about their mission, which aligns closely with my goals as I work toward BCBA certification. The only downside was the pay range discussed — it felt quite low considering the level of experience and education required for the role, especially for someone on the BCBA career path. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the respectful and engaging conversation.

The interview process was pretty standard. Started with a recruiter call, then a Zoom interview. Everything seemed to go okay, but I didn't feel like I absolutely crushed it. What really bugged me though was that they ghosted me after the interviews. It would've been cool if they just told me I didn't get the job, but nope, nothing.

I got a call from MaryAnne in HR. She was super nice and answered all my questions about the Carolina Center for ABA. Then I interviewed with their director, who's a BCBA-D (really impressive!). Since I'm moving from out of state, I had a bunch of questions for her. She knew a lot, loves the field, and really cared about me and my career path. Everyone I talked to was genuine and considerate of my needs as an employee. Excited to join this company.
