The interview process was very unstructured and I'm not sure if they stick to specific stages or questions. However, the people I met were great and I had a positive experience overall. It was difficult to prepare for because it was mainly a resume-based interview that could then go in any direction.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a multi-stage process. First, there was a screener with the hiring manager. Then I got invited to do some assessments. After that, I had a behavioral interview with the hiring manager and the director. Finally, I was invited to do a work sample where I had to present to the hiring manager and another team member.

First, I had a phone call with the recruiter. Then, there were two interviews. One of them was with my potential direct manager. Both interviews were pretty standard. It was a bit hard to get a hold of the recruiter, and I had to email her a few times to keep the process moving. The role was ultimately cancelled.
