It was like an orientation where they introduced themselves as employees from Kimco Staffing, an agency. They talked about what the company does, who their distributors are, and what contracts Kimco has. We were also told the job requirements: being able to stand for long periods, work with little to no supervision, meet quotas, and properly document everything. They also mentioned the need to clock in and out for work and breaks, and explained the payment system and benefits.

Started with a phone call with a recruiter and then had an in-person meeting with two managers. The interviewers were a bit awkward and seemed unsure about the company's strategy. They came across as unfriendly in person, though one was quite friendly and professional on the phone, showing a different side later. I wasn't very impressed and quickly realized I wouldn't enjoy working there, so I ended the interview early without asking any questions, feeling there was no point in prolonging it.
