I got a call from a third-party recruiter first. Then, within 24 hours, I was contacted for an interview with someone from their operations team, which lasted about 30-40 minutes. Both the recruiter and the operations person were really nice and helpful. The last interview was in person with a managing director and a finance manager. The managing director seemed distracted and uninterested, even texting during the interview. He would sometimes ask out-of-context questions, like 'what do you do if the customer tells you that you are late?' I was initially excited about Kimco, but the in-person interview changed my mind. I felt like I wasted their time and my own.
