Supply Chain
It was a two recruiters to one interviewee interview. They asked a lot of STAR questions, and asked me to explain the situation and how I went about it. The recruiters gave a lot of positive feedback during the interview. It was pretty interactive, and one of the easier interviews that I have had.
- Can you describe a situation from your past experience?
Supply Chain
It was pleasant! I met with 3 people. They asked good questions and pushed me to give good answers.
- Can you describe a problem you helped solve?
Supply Chain Co-op
I reached out to a recruiter after seeing a posting on my school's job board. They got back to me in about a week and a half, setting up a phone interview. After that, they wanted a second interview with the hiring manager for the area I was interested in. The whole thing moved fast, taking only about 2 weeks because they were looking to fill the spot quickly.
- Can you share an example of how you've worked effectively in a team?
- Describe a situation where you encountered a difficulty and how you handled it.
- Tell me about your past work experiences.
