The interview process was efficient and professional. Standard process of situational and technical questions while additionally meeting the team. No complaints on the recruiter or process from my side. One of the better experiences I have had.

I had an online interview over Zoom and a phone call with the recruiter, plus a few chats with other people at the company. It was a pretty good process, and even though it didn't work out, I enjoyed it and we ended things on good terms.

Behavioral Group Presentation

I attended the final assessment day in 2016. There were 11 candidates and about 23 K-C employees. The day kicked off with an interview, followed by a group exercise and then a presentation after lunch. It was a really good day, and the K-C employees were great - smart and friendly. I didn't do so well on the group task, so I didn't get it. The K-C offices in Brighton were nice and open plan.
