They asked regular questions with limited time to respond. I prepared using the top 100 questions. They also asked to code, which was another part of the preparation.

Software Engineer
I got this job because I applied at my university's career fair. The recruiter gave me an on-site interview the very next day. It was all behavioral questions, and I got an offer less than a week after that. Because the offer came so quickly and I wanted to see what other options I had, I requested an extension. I never heard back about my extension, so within a week, I decided to turn down the offer. About two hours after that, I got an email from HR asking why I declined. They seemed pretty out of touch, which makes sense when you're dealing with lots of potential candidates who don't have offers yet, but ignoring someone who already has an offer felt like they didn't value future employees. I ended up getting two more offers that were a much better fit for what I was looking for and had better benefits. Based on this experience, I really suggest trying to get an extension or at least making sure you've explored all your options before accepting the first offer you get.
- Tell me about a time when team members weren't cooperating and what you did to handle it.
Software Engineer
I applied for this co-op role through my school's career fair. I had a 45-minute 1:1 interview the next day. After about a week, I got an email with an offer. The interview had questions I'd prepared for and the recruiter took notes. It was pretty standard, focusing on behavioral questions about how I handled situations, and some questions felt a bit repetitive.
- Can you discuss your research experience, given that I was a sophomore at the time?
