Behavioral Technical

I applied for an internship position in Marketing at Kimberly Clark. I went through two stages of the selection process: an initial conversation and then an interview with the manager. Both were remote. It was smooth, but even after I asked, they didn't provide feedback on the selection process outcome.

Presentation Behavioral Other

I went through 3 processes. The first was an elevator pitch presentation. The second was about the company's ambition until 2030, which was done without prior knowledge. Then, a final interview was scheduled (with camera on) with the managers. They said they would provide feedback on the results, even if negative. It's been over a week, and I haven't heard back after this final stage, even though HR said they would. However, everyone was very polite and treated me well.
