Got a text saying they found my resume online. Then we had a call, which felt like a casual screening. I tried reaching out on WhatsApp afterwards, but honestly, they just ghosted me. :/

It was a really great and thorough interview process that gave me a lot of insight into what working at the company would be like. Since I was fresh out of college, the first part was an on-campus interview, but I think they do phone screens for experienced hires. The onsite portion lasted two days. On the first night, there was a group session where candidates could ask current employees about the company. I found their answers to be really honest and helpful. After that, we had dinner with more employees and learned about the various employee resource groups, like the women's group and LGBTQ+ group. The next morning, we toured a manufacturing facility. Following the tour, I had four interviews: three focused on behavioral questions and one case study. For the case study, they gave me a stack of papers to simulate a mock email inbox and one problem to solve. Don't stress about getting the 'right' answer for this; they are more interested in your thought process and if you're heading in the right direction. Just showing an organized approach is key.

It was a multi-stage interview process. First, there was a call with HR, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, I had a long 4-hour on-site interview where I encountered many situational questions. I met with a total of 8 people during the on-site, with each meeting lasting about 30 minutes. They had a list of prepared questions they asked first, and then I had a chance to ask my questions.
