I first spoke with a recruiter about the job and my background. After I said I was interested, the recruiter sent my info to Kilroy. We then waited to hear back from Kilroy about an interview. Once the recruiter heard from Kilroy, she scheduled another phone chat with me before my in-person interview there. On the day, I met with three managers who each interviewed me separately for 30 minutes. Afterwards, I checked back in with my recruiter, who got Kilroy's feedback. My recruiter then called me to say Kilroy wanted to move forward.

First up was a chat with a recruiter from a staffing agency, just to see if I seemed like a good fit for the team and if my skills were on the right track. After that, I met with the person I'd report to, some of the team members, the main boss, and even the CEO. The first few chats were over video, but then we did in-person meetings to really get a feel for how I'd fit into the company.
