There's a short first round interview that's either via OCI or recorded online. After that, everyone gets flown out for a Callback Weekend. This weekend is packed with networking, team building, and a bit of interviewing. The weekend itself is pretty low-stress and actually enjoyable for a job interview. It became obvious pretty quickly that they're mainly looking for 2L summers, not 1L summers, which wasn't really clear upfront.

The interview process involved about 2 hours of brief interviews at the office. Most of the questions were about my resume, with a couple of behavioral ones mixed in. There was a significant gap between the interview and receiving an offer, but it was for a 1L position. They were interested in my reasons for wanting to join this specific firm and if I had any ties to Atlanta.
