It started with a recruiter call with basic questions. Then I was supposed to have one in-person interview with the supervisor, but I ended up interviewing 3 times with different people that day. After that, there was a second round with 2 interviews, followed by 2 phone interviews with higher management. The recruiter made it seem like I was the top choice and would get an offer. But after waiting 1.5 weeks with updates about 'delays,' they hired someone else.
