The problem is, they are really bad at time management. The interview was scheduled for 08:00 PM, so I prepared what I needed. But when the time came, the contact person didn't give me any URL or link to join. I initially thought they had already found someone who fit their requirements. However, 2 hours later, when I was about to do other things, they asked if I could interview in about 15 minutes. I agreed and went to a quiet place, but after waiting for about an hour, there was no response or clarity about my interview. So, I asked to reschedule for tomorrow, and still, no response.
