Human Resources
I got a call from the hiring coordinator about an OTP interview, which I was super excited about. After not hearing back for a whole week, I called them again, for the third time, thinking something was up. Turns out, they told me the job was already filled and they weren't interviewing anyone else.

Business Analyst
It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with a phone call, and then I went in person for another interview. The people were nice and the questions were pretty typical. They didn't let me know if I got the job or not, which was a bit rude considering they had me come in.

Systems Engineer
I was reached out to on Indeed after applying online, and then the Director of Technology and Recruiter interviewed me. It felt pretty chill and was a good way for us to learn about Kidwell and my background. I got an email about a background check before I even got home. A few days later, after the weekend, they made an offer. They were cool about the start date. The onboarding stuff included a drug test, a quick rundown of the company, a tour, meeting people, and then getting my photo taken.

Inside Sales
I applied online and got offered an interview time in person pretty fast, like within a week. It took them about two weeks to get back to me after the interview though. They were really quick to respond after the interview and communicated well.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you had to adapt your communication style?
