- What is your favorite activity to do with kids?
- What is your experience in childcare?
Instructor Assistant
It was pretty easy, just a one-on-one chat with the director at her office. We even took a tour of the facilities. They were looking for someone positive, upbeat, and friendly, who shows interest in kids and can get along with me, with a good sense of humor. After that, I met with HR to handle all the paperwork and stuff.
- What's your go-to movie?
- Which colors do you like the most?
Front Desk Associate
After applying online, I got contacted about a week and a half later. The interview was in person the following week, and I was hired two days after that. It was pretty informal, and we talked about my qualifications for the job and my personal background, like where I'm from, how I got to New York, and my education.
- What experience do you have with sales and working with people?
