talked to the coordinator, it was a super chill and friendly interview. They just wanted to hear about my past experiences and how I'd deal with different scenarios at summer camp with both campers and staff. Had one chat with the coordinator and then got the offer the next day.

It was a quick and easy process. I just went to their website and clicked on the Interview link. From there, I was able to sign up for a virtual interview. They had a good selection of days and times available.

I applied for the camp counselor job and had a Google Hangout interview with the founder, Mike. He asked about my experience with kids and what I could bring to the company. He also asked if I could commit to the whole summer and initiated a background check. I was supposed to hear back on Monday but didn't until this morning via email. He said they hired someone else and filled the position. I was pretty bummed about the communication, but I liked talking to him and their work vibe. I asked him to keep my application on file.
