The person who interviewed me was soo kind and helpful and supportive, answered all of my questions and it was one of the reasons I decided to work with the company they made me feel at ease!

The recruiter was about 10 minutes late and didn't apologize. The interview itself was straightforward and easy. They mentioned their salary offer was very low and that the amount was 'confidential', which was unexpected.

The interview process was quick and friendly. I was contacted right away to schedule a face-to-face interview and asked for my availability. During the interviews, the company was open about their needs, what they could offer, and what I would bring to the team. I mentioned a specific area in my field I wanted to develop, and they immediately arranged an interview with a potential clinical fellowship supervisor who could help me with that. The interview process was prompt and personable. I was contacted immediately asking for future time preferences for a face-to-face interview. I felt that in the interviews themselves the company was transparent in their needs, what they could offer, and their acknowledgment of what you would bring to the table by working for their company. I stated a specific interest I had in my field that I wanted to grow in, and I was immediately set up with an interview from a potential clinical fellowship supervisor who would be able to help me grow in this area.

The interview was pretty straightforward. It started with a call from the recruiting team. After that, I spoke with a clinical manager who asked me some questions, including a general one like 'tell me about yourself' and a specific one about handling challenging situations in occupational therapy.
