The interview process was very straightforward. They asked if I had experience working with kids, and then a few situational questions about how I work on a team and collaborate with parents. They also mentioned that since people don't go into childcare to get rich, having prior experience with kids is always a plus.

I got a call for the job. We talked for about half an hour about my background and why I chose them. Then, the following week, they asked me to come in and work with the kids for a couple of hours, which I did. I had a lot of fun and got to meet some of the staff. After that, I spoke with the director who interviewed me first, and then I spoke with the owner. He thought I might be overqualified but said things looked good. I called the next week and they were checking references. I called again the week after and they were still checking references. It's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't heard back.

After you apply, you'll get a call for an interview. You'll wait in the lobby and then be called into the glass office where everyone can see. If they offer you the job, they'll give you a tour and introduce you to staff. After the interview, they'll call to confirm your start date if you haven't already discussed it.

The interview place was a bit strange and uncomfortable, but the staff were nice and friendly. There wasn't enough parking and there was a lot of paperwork. It smelled good, and there was a cool big fish tank in the entrance. The open concept office was both a good and bad thing. There wasn't a good spot for employees to take their lunch breaks.

  • Would you send your children to this establishment?
