The process was really well organized and they communicated great. I liked it. They asked some in-depth questions and made me feel comfortable. There were 2 rounds of interviews. The management team was super nice and they were very clear about the job requirements and what they wanted.

the interviewers were friendly. it was a 2 part interview process. first one is a in person interview with a couple people and then they have you come back to play with a mother and her toddler.

It was a remote interview at first, and then I think there was a follow-up interview. It was at the beginning of COVID, so most things were remote, and I'm not sure how it'd be done now. It would probably be a similar process but they'd likely have you in person and to tour the facility.
