Teacher Aide
The interview process took about 2 months, but they were very clear about the job description. I had an initial phone call, and there will be a face-to-face interview later.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Behavioral Health Clinician
I had two zoom interviews for the Behavioral Health Clinician role. The first was with upper management (director, supervisor, program manager, administrative manager). I had to walk through my resume and answer typical questions about strengths, weaknesses, and hypothetical situations. The second interview was with my potential coworkers, and I was given a case study to assess which interventions I'd prioritize.
- Can you elaborate on your strengths?
Associate Teacher
I applied online and a few weeks later I got a call for an interview. I met with a man who was nice and asked me questions about my background. Then a woman joined the interview and she was pretty rude. She told me that even though I have a bachelor of arts, 30 ECE units, and am a fully qualified teacher eligible for a master teacher permit, I lacked experience. She seemed annoyed I was there and said because I have little experience, she could offer me an on-call teachers aide position that pays $8.90.
- Can you tell me about your educational background?
- What about your previous work experience?
Human Resources Manager
This HR Manager role in the Bay Area is constantly posted. The interview was pretty standard, over the phone, with typical questions. I got a response two months after applying. They didn't really say what they were looking for, nor share any company or salary info. Communication could've been better; no follow-up at all. It seems like the reason this job is always open might be an issue with the HR team overall.
