First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kichler Lighting.
Sourcing Analyst
It started with a phone screen, then a one-on-one, and then a panel interview. After that, it went silent. They asked illegal questions like about nationality repeatedly. They also told me I was moving forward, then ghosted me for weeks, only to send an automated message saying they hired someone else.
- Which country is your country of origin?
Program Manager
The interview process was very smooth, with relevant questions about their product and how to increase leads. The interviewers were easy-going and understanding, even when technical issues arose, which made me comfortable.
- Regarding these types of projects, what is your recommended management approach?
Customer Service Representative
I talked to the HR Manager and 2 people from the Customer Service Dept. for about four weeks. I sent a thank you note and two follow-up emails, but HR never got back to me, which I thought was unprofessional because they said they'd let me know either way.
- Can you tell me about your background?
Project Manager
Got an email to see if I was still interested. Then had a phone interview to see if I should continue. The next two interviews were on Teams. The second interview had one person and the third had two people.
- What are your salary expectations?
