& Process

So basically, we give you this full stack task, you get 3 days to finish it. Then based on how you do on that task, we'll interview you and see your basic knowledge of nodejs and react.

Horrible experience. The technical panel was trying to be a life coach and a technical guru. He was telling me that algorithm once formed, cannot change during dry run. My question was: then developers and architects form perfect algorithms and their codes run flawlessly? every time? He said, no but that's how it should be. I said i didn't come across any perfect developer in my life. He asked me to sort an array, i did implement the bubble sort, but he wanted to see maps. And then he wanted to coach me through the maps algorithm, and said - you should say no when you don't know, there is no shame in that, I said thank you, i don't need life lessons from an interviewer. Running sort of time, lets wrap it. That's how it ended.

It was for their training and placement program. The recruiter had a call with me where they checked my skills and background, then they introduced their company and the training program.

It wasn't really an interview, more like just getting information about the process. I wasn't sure what the role actually was or what the training involved. I spoke on the phone with a senior recruiter. They mentioned how easy it is to move to other clients.
