Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KGH Autism Services.
Behavior Technician
The process was super simple. After I sent in my resume and cover letter, I went in for the interview. It was pretty chill, honestly felt like we were just talking. Once I answered their questions, they showed me around, which was great. I felt like I knew what I was getting into.
- Are you comfortable with providing treatments in the client's home?
ABA Therapist
Had a quick 15-minute phone call where they went over all the benefits. Then had an in-person interview with the director, which included a tour. It feels like they're pretty open to hiring, as they always seem to need ABA therapists.
- Can you describe your strongest teaching quality for children?
Registered Behavior Technician
they didn’t let me know if i had the job or not and then offered e something 2 months later. lack of professionalism. people don’t sit around waiting 2 months for a job to get back to them.
- Can you share an instance where you had to deal with a challenging individual?
