Behavioral Other

I applied for an internship via the online portal at KfW. About 6 weeks later, I got invited for an online interview on Webex. It was scheduled for 60 minutes but only took 30. At the end, I was sent a written task via email to complete within 20 minutes. The questions were mostly about personality and soft skills, no technical questions or about KfW itself, not even why I applied. The interview itself was fine, but there were some communication issues between HR and the department I'd be working with. I was told I'd hear back in two weeks, but I only got a confirmation after four weeks and a lot of follow-ups.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Could you please introduce yourself briefly?
  • What would you say is your biggest accomplishment?
  • Tell me about a time you failed.
