First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keystone Foods.
Technical Support Manager
So I had this panel interview, right? It was with 4 different department heads, and they were looking at both my personality and technical skills. Each one took turns asking me a question that they had prepared beforehand. After I answered, they'd either add on to my response or ask a completely new question.
- Could you start by telling us about yourself?
- What's your approach to handling a particularly tough technical support issue you've managed?
- How do you deal with demanding customers and their escalations?
Accounts Receivable Specialist
It was an in-person panel interview that took place during office hours. They had questions and my resume, and they wanted to know about my ongoing education. I dressed in business professional attire, and the panelist was mostly in business casual.
- What makes me the best candidate for this role?
Debone
They bring you in, ask your name, and previous jobs. Then they ask what you're looking for and where you see yourself in the future. After that, they take you back to do your drug test and then ask you to start. They don't really vet anyone, they'll hire anyone who can pass the drug test.
- May I have your name?
- Tell me about your previous jobs.
- What kind of work are you seeking?
Human Resources Administrative Assistant
The interview was super chill and like a normal talk. The two women interviewing me were really nice. It all happened really fast. The temp agency recruiter rang me on a Wednesday afternoon and asked if I could go interview right away, so I went. Right when I got home, the recruiter called and told me I got it. I started the next day.
- What's your level of experience with Excel?
