I got a call the Monday before Thanksgiving for an interview. It went really well. I am waiting to hear back about the results but haven't heard anything yet. My phone calls and emails have gone unanswered.

Behavioral Other

I had a phone interview initially, followed by another call to schedule the main interview. The actual interview in Metairie was pretty relaxed and informative. It was more of an open discussion rather than a structured format. The interviewers were happy to answer all my questions about the company's structure and how they work. I felt pretty comfortable throughout the whole thing. They even gave me a tour of the offices and I got to meet some of the employees.

Behavioral Technical Other

My interview process involved meeting with department heads from the mechanical department in different offices. The Metairie office has mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, process, programming, and civil departments. The interviews were all informal and relaxed. Nothing was difficult, which made me want to work there. They seem like a very dedicated group, and you can tell by how they talk about their jobs.
