First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KeySource.
Warehouse Associate
I interviewed with the Manager. They showed me the warehouse and we talked about the job, my experience, and my availability to start. I found the interview easy and they were flexible with my schedule.
- Tell me about your experience.
- When would you be able to start working?
Account Manager
The interview wasn't too hard and everyone was nice. It's an interview, they want you to work there but they don't want a bad employee. They offered me the job the same day, which was exciting.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a 'no' but managed to change it to a 'yes'?
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
It's a two-step process. You'll meet with two different managers. They'll ask you the same typical questions. They'll explain the job and ask why you're interested. They're looking for young, energetic people who can become good salespeople.
- What drives you?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Account Manager
It was really simple - they basically said to just come in and do the job and you'll be good. The daily tasks are pretty much the same and you'll be sitting at a desk all day. It might be something you like, or it might not be.
- Are you able to do this job?
