First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KeyLogic.
QA Engineer
The interview process was easy and took a while to get scheduled, but it consisted of three steps: a recruiter call, a manager interview, and then a client interview. It wasn't difficult at all, and the people were super nice.
- Tell me about your skill set.
Data Engineer
I was contacted by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn. She initially raised concerns about my nationality potentially being an issue for the role, but then said it wasn't. We set up and had a good first phone interview. However, when she spoke to the hiring manager afterwards, she was informed that my nationality was indeed a disqualifier.
- Tell me about a time you missed a deadline and how you dealt with it.
Linux Administrator
I had three interviews for this job. The first was with the hiring manager, the second with a team member, and the last one with the whole team. It was very technical and mostly focused on the job itself. We talked a lot about my experience and how it fits the role.
- What software would you use for ATOs?
Business Analyst
Got an email soon after applying to set up a phone interview. It went well, so they set up an in-office meeting for the next day. I met with a VP who was really nice and I felt good about it. They said I'd hear back in a few days. A week went by, so I followed up. They told me I'd hear back the next day. Two more days passed... I followed up again. They assured me everything was good and it would just be a few more days. This went on for two months, and then they started ignoring my emails, voicemails, and calls. I never got a clear answer, though the last thing they said was they were 'excited to bring me on quickly.' Super weird and really off-putting.
- Describe a problem you recently encountered in school or at work and how you went about solving it.
