There were 4 rounds in total (TA, hiring manager, regional sales manager, and a C-level stakeholder). All of the interviews were conversational. No projects were assigned. The main thing they seemed to care about was alignment on the mission of the sales enablement function and the broader company. I found the interview process very human. I came away from the interview process thinking very highly of Keyfactor’s ability to blend professionalism and positive culture. The process was quick compared to other orgs.

The process was super fast and effective. It was the best hiring process I've experienced so far. All interviews were conducted via Microsoft Teams. First, I had a 30-minute call with HR. After that, I had an hour-long call with the HR manager, and finally, a 30-minute call with a team member. The interviewers were all really friendly, and the chats felt relaxed, mainly focusing on personality and if I'd fit the company culture.

The interview was 4 stages. I met with the recruiter, the hiring manager, some team members, and the EVP of the area. Everyone was very friendly. They really emphasize culture and team wellbeing. The company is growing a lot in operations, so they make decisions quickly if they seem like a good idea. The interviews were informal and focused on my background, future vision, and capabilities. It felt like a productive and insightful discussion rather than a series of cliche questions.
