Recruitment Officer

I applied for the job on LinkedIn and then got an email from the CEO asking to set up a call. We arranged a video call that was about 30-40 minutes long. During the call, we talked about my resume, my background, my experience with travel agencies, and what I expected from the job. They also asked for references at the end.
