It was a good interview with lots of questions about my experience and some hypothetical scenarios. They also asked about ABA and maladaptive behaviors. There was a scenario about a difficult behavior I encountered and how I dealt with it. They also asked about my general approach to managing behaviors and improving them.

I met the supervisor and also got to see a classroom. Everyone was really friendly and direct, nothing too difficult about the questions. They explained how the program worked for both the upper and lower schools, and then gave me a tour.
