I got sourced on LinkedIn by a recruiter, and the whole process seemed like what I was looking for. First up was a call with the Recruiter. Then, I had interviews with the Regional Manager/Hiring Manager, a Regional Leader, and an Area Leader, all via MS Teams Video. After that, I met the VP of Commercial Team, and finally, I went to HQ in Kirkland WA to meet with the CEO & CAO in person. The whole experience was really positive, and I could tell it's a great place to work because of the culture and product. I'm excited about the company's future growth!

I had a long interview process for this role, with about 4 conversations lasting 30 mins to 1 hour each. I spoke with people from HR, IT, marketing, and the executive team. I had to sign an NDA before talking to anyone. Everyone I spoke with was really nice, understanding, and happy to tell me about what the company does, its objectives, and its products. It was a really positive experience because the whole process felt respectful and like they valued candidates.

I interviewed for two jobs, the first of which was a great experience and I was the runner-up. Then, I was recommended for a different role with Kestra, specifically for the Care Coordinator position. This second interview was honestly the worst I've ever had, and it felt like a bad culture fit for everyone involved. I felt completely disrespected and unheard. My transparency, which worked well for the other role, was not received well here. I think this was because the interviewers lacked recent industry experience and couldn't relate to my background. While I could have answered better, I felt attacked, which threw me off. The interview had a really uncomfortable tone, and I didn't think all the interviewers should have been there. I didn't feel the same excitement for the company, product, or culture as I did in the first interview. Both processes were quite long, with about 10 interviews in total.
