Behavioral Presentation

This was one of my most enjoyable interview experiences! The onsite interview had one-on-one chats with different research scientists and coordinators. They were all friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic, and helpful. Most of the interviews were more like conversations, where they wanted to know more about my background, resume, and interests. A lot of time was set aside for me to ask questions, so definitely do your homework! They were excited when I had questions for them, as they are looking for passionate, intelligent, and eloquent people who genuinely want to help people.

I applied by sending my resume through email and was contacted for an interview about two months later. There, I had a brief 25-minute meeting with both a research scientist and an HR person. Roughly a month after that, HR sent an email letting me know an offer letter was on its way via UPS.

They were very respectful and I learned a lot about the company and my potential for growth there. It seems like they really care about their employees and offer opportunities for specialization.

It was a good experience, I spoke with several people. The interviews were a mix of casual and formal and each one was about 20 minutes. It was all done over Zoom, which was nice.
