I was worried about the interview based on reviews, but it was a pleasure. It was a unique and brief interview, and the two interviewers were very nice and professional. I didn't perform as well as I hoped, but I can't fault the experience or the people involved.

The whole process took about a month, and it felt pretty laid-back and typical for a UX/Product Design role. After I sent in my application, they got back to me in about three weeks for a first-round chat where they asked me some behavioral questions. Four people who were in similar roles to the one I applied for interviewed me. About a week after that, I got an invitation for a more in-depth interview which included reviewing my portfolio and working through a UX problem-solving exercise. It was a good experience overall.

They told me to wait at least a day before responding to their interview request. I received one and as I went to set up the call, I received another email stating that they had made a mistake, they meant to send me a rejection letter. Sorry.
