I had two phone screening interviews, each about 30 minutes. After that, I was invited to the Kespry office for 5 back-to-back in-person interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. The questions varied depending on the interviewer and their role, focusing on aspects of the Tech Support Engineer job they found most important. Some interviewers had few questions and focused more on assessing if I'd be a good colleague, in which case I'd ask them questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

After I sent in my resume, the recruiter contacted me and we scheduled an initial screening call. Once I passed that, I spoke with the Director I would report to on a second call. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview with a panel at Kespry. I came back in person a second time for a presentation to the panel and the President. The recruiter I worked with was fantastic throughout the whole process, keeping me updated on our progress and expected timelines. I never felt uncertain about where things stood or if I had been passed over.

Reached out to the recruiter via LinkedIn and had a quick screener chat with them. Then, I had another interview with the VP of Product, followed by a half-day onsite interview at their offices in Menlo Park, CA.

It's a simple 2-step interview process: a Zoom call followed by a face-to-face meeting. After that, you'll either get the offer or be rejected. It's not too tough compared to other places. Just stay cool and collected, and you'll do great.
