I had an interview with the VP Planning & Development, then a full case study on a Hotel project. The interview was long and engaging. The salary was a bit low but I was willing to negotiate. After submitting the case, the VP said they'd review it and schedule another chat, but they never did. I followed up weekly with them and HR, but received no response, not even a rejection. It showed me the company culture and how they treat employees. Glad I didn't join them.
